Q: How quickly do you ship orders out?
A: ClogsDoc USA ships all orders within 1 Business Day, from our facility in Conover, North Carolina.(Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).  All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail Package Service with Tracking.  This service generally takes 2-7 Business Days for delivery. Q: Can a Broken Crocs Strap Rivet or Button really be replaced with new parts?
A: Yes, Crocs Classic Clogs and similar Crocs Alternatives can be repaired with our quality rivets.

Q: Is the repair easy?
A: Yes, can be completed in less than 10 seconds - No tools are required!

Q: Are your fasteners genuine Crocs rivets?
A: No, but they are manufactured to a very similar specification, suitable for Classic Crocs Clogs.

Q: Why do your rivets not feature the Crocs logo?
A: The Crocs logo is a trademark and protected under Domestic and International Copyright laws.

Q: Are ClogsDoc Rivets compatible with all Crocs Shoes and straps?
A: No. ClogsDoc Rivets are not suitable for some styles: Crocs Yukon Collection, Crocs Turbo Straps, third-party straps, or shoes with straps utilizing plastic/metal hooks to attach to the rivets.

Q: Does your fastener work with similar "Knock-off" clogs?
A: Yes, it fits most Crocs alternatives with straps made from EVA Foam.

Q: Is your fastener only available in black?
A: Yes, satin black. The heads can be painted to your color of choice using nail polish as most will adhere to the surface.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: We are a small business and operate on high volume, low profit-margin.  With the increased costs of shipping, we are unable to offer a warranty on our products.  We strongly encourage our customers to consider our ClogsDoc 8-Pack so they will have extra replacement rivets should they be needed.  If you have any pre-sales compatibility questions, please feel free to contact us at support@clogsdocusa.com and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Changed your mind?  Wrong product?  No problem!  ClogsDoc Rivets can be returned within 30 days of your order date, if the rivet packs are in their original unused/unopened condition and not damaged in any way.  Buyer must contact us first by sending an email to:  returns@clogsdocusa.com for return authorization/approval.  Buyer is responsible for return postage (First Class Mail Package w/Tracking).  Contact us at support@clogsdocusa.com for more information.

Q: My package tracking shows as Delivered, but I am unable to locate my package.  Who can help?
A: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of order as well as a secure package drop off point for your postal carrier. Packages marked as Delivered cannot be refunded. If a package is stolen or otherwise disappears after delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local Post Office for assistance. Your local US Post Office can see the precise location (via GPS) where your package was scanned as delivered and it is their responsibility to assist you with locating your package if misdelivered.
